Is there any way to buffer any items in a playlist before they play?

Hi there, I have tested moving our library to a fileserver, and have our computers all draw from the same location. Unfortunately, it doesn't buffer in advance and only buffers when I hit play which causes lots of unwanted audio artefacts in the first few seconds. Is there any way to get RadioBOSS to create a cache or buffer with any tracks loaded in a playlist/cartwall? Then have a time defined where the cache is cleared?

Cheers,
Bjorn

During playback, RadioBOSS will preload the next track so that it starts instantly. This is done automatically, 5 seconds before the playing track ends.

RadioBOSS doesn't have any means of synchronizing/caching remote folders entirely, this is out of the software's profile.

That doesn't seem to work with my current setup... I get an awful crackle at the start of every track, especially when it is segued tight... it settles after a few seconds, but I also get glitches during the rest of the track at times

In this case it looks like it doesn't have enough time to preload.
Check if you have preloading enabled (it is by default): Settings, General, Advanced configuration, "Playlist - preload next track".
