I want to jump from track number 3 to track number 25 with the play 25 command.
What happens now is a little strange, the track jumps to number 26 and plays both tracks at the same time, number 25 and number 26,
so you hear both tracks at the same time

It seems to be a bug. Please notew that if you need to go to a specific track in the playlist, it's way better to use the Playback Queue instead: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/playback-queue.htm

somebody asked for it for using it in a special kind of show

Why not use a queue? Using a command is a cumbersome solution to me.
