Hi again,

our studio is configurated as described below:

ON AIR

PC with RadioBOSS running intefaced (In/Out) to the mixer through an USB soundcard

RECORDING

PC and a second mixer

The recording studio is connected to the ON AIR mixer to allow live session with more microphones.

Would you please clarify how to configure the "Microphone/Line-in?"

Currently we have the soundcard selected in both "Device" field but we're not sure if we have to use Windows mixer or not and which is the source to select. Anyway... it doesn't work.

The objective is enable the second mixer to send sounds to RadioBOSS in the ON AIR pc.

Thanks

Sorry for a delay.
In the Microphone/Line-in section you should select the sound card to which mixer connected to. It's better not to use Windows mixer (this is the default setting).
What do you mean by "doesn't work", you don't get any sound on a recording PC from mixer? And, how do you plan to send sound from recording PC to On-Air PC?

No sound!
the recording pc is connected to a mixer and this same mixer goes into another mixer. this is interfaced to the on air pc through an usb soundcard

It's better to setup Mic/Line.in independently of mixer. For example, put some other sound source (like Cd player) to sound card input and try to make it work. Things you should check:
1) sound card driver settings: mic and line input, check any levels, FX and other parameters
2) in RadioBOSS, check for error messages in the report (lower left corner).
3) Try another recording software, if it dosn't work too, then it's definitely something wrong with sound card or drivers/setup.
