Log Activity - Very, very important / URGENT

I have an urgent issue.
I have a situation here.
A co-worker do not assume his actions (in Event Scheduler).

Is there any possibility to monitor all activities in Scheduler?
It had become a must have.
I need this option... yesterday.
Can you add it in 5.3 version? Please, we need it.

Future improvements:
We must use Users and LOG to monitor the activity of any User.
A User cannot make changes in another User's playlist etc., etc.
Only Admin can make changes, but even Admin's activity must be monitor.

It can't be added in 5.3 I'm afraid, as 5.3 is already in pre-release stage.

Monitoring users is not a very common task also - I'll add it to the to-do list for now, but I don't give any promises for now when/if this is going to be added...
