If you have a separate file type for advertisements, check if it has custom title option defined.

I have ome type file mp3
can I also activate commands?
I see cmd in the file ties.

In ads scheduler, you can try adding commands into the block intro/outro (probably, more reliable will be to create a playlist with necessary commands in RadioBOSS and then use that playlist in block intro/outro). This is not tested so I'm not sure if it'll work. Ads Scheduler wasn't meant to run commands.
