Music Bed under Voice Track?

I’m having a difficult time trying to get a music bed to play under my voice tracks.

Can someone please give me a step by step on how to make this work smoothly?

Thanks!

The bed only starts when there's silence, when the voice track is longer than music track's intro+outro.

So does that mean I need to have silence after the song ends then start my VT? There isn't a way to start VT during fade out of song then have music bed play under until i start next song?

It works like this (I talk about the case when voice track is longer than intro + outro): voice track starts on the "Outro" part of the playing track; music track's volume is lowered down. Then music track ends, voice track continues to play, and its bed is activated. The bed plays until the next track starts, then bed is stopped, next track is started (with lowered voluime), and voice track plays up to Intro point in the track.

Please also see this page for more details: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/voice_tracking.htm

For this to work, you must set Intro and Outro for music tracks.

Thank you! Ive been messing around with it and I am now understanding your directions.

One more question: Is there a way to tell RadioBoss to randomly pick a new beat bead each time a Voice Track plays?

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I would like to be able to use voice tracking, but coming from a different software, I could use some tips on how exactly the vt recorder works.
1. Are there hotkeys to start/stop recording, preview, etc? If it's all mouse based, that would not be good for us screen reader users.
2. I have several long segments, with different beds for each. Am I able to choose a bed from within the vt recorder? I don't want to have one at random, but also having to set it each time in settings would be a royal pain. What would work much better would be to add the beds folder in settings, then have a dropdown in the recorder where you could select the propper bed. Also, there is a spoken intro on each of my beds, a bit of station imaging. I'd need to be able to have the outro of the song play, then the first part of the bed, then start recording, then end recording, and have the bed fade out and intro of the next song.
Is this doable with the current version of Radioboss? If not, how would you recommend I go about it? My beds are already part of the playlist, and when I am live, it's easy enough to toggle mic when it's time to speak, turn off the mic when I finish, go to next song, and done. However if I voicetrack a show, it's because I can't be there live, so need the bed to auto cut/fade once my vocal part is done. As of now I haven't been doing voice tracking, meaning that if I can't do a show live, I don't go on, and everything stays in rb cloud, but it would still be nice to have a live sounding show even on days I can't stay right in front of the computer. Recommendations? Workarounds? Thanks in advance for your help.

Voice Track Recorder is mostly accessible with keyboard and screen readers.

All voice tracks share the same common beds as defined in settings.
