My copy of Radioboss is stuck in a crash loop

My copy of Radioboss is stuck in a crash loop where it freeze for some reason for 15 to 20 seconds then crashes and restarts then it instantly freeze again then crash 15 to 20 seconds later it does this over and over. Normally I can restart the computer 2 times and it will fix this this time I have restarted the computer 3 times and still stuck in this loop. The crash loop seems to happen every 3 to 4 weeks been doing this every so often for 3 to 3 1/2 year nows time to get to the bottom of this.

My computer is a old Dell optiplex 3040 I5 6500 with 8gb ram and there are 157k tracks in the playlist on Radioboss. If someone will tell me where the log file for Radioboss is located I will post it.

In the report, there are no error messages and no crashes are registered. Do you use the latest RadioBOSS 6.3?

I am still using the latest beta version

You can try reinstalling it to a different folder to make it start afresh.
Then click Settings->Open Settings Folder, go one level up, search for "bugreport_*.txt" files and send them to us: support@djsoft.net, maybe we'll be able to tell you what's wrong.
