Hello all i downloaded the demo of RB and was very impressed so impressed that i convinced the station Manager to purchase two license of RB

And now for my question

How can i network RB so that i can have An On Air Computer running playing all my schedule stuff
whilst doing production on another computer (Building Playlists Events Etc) then Schedule this to run on the On Air computer without having to schedule this using the computer in the On Air Studio?

You can install it on another computer and prepare the shows, then you copy the files to the On Air computer. Using Remote Desktop is good for this.

Hello Dimitri what i did was to setup a network share
store all the audio files as well as the XML files for the music library.
then on all RB install navigate to this as the working folder.
so there is no need to copy files to on ir machine.
i just create the playlists on the production computer save it in a special shared folder and then schedule the playlist from the On Air Machine  and this works fine.

That is how I do it too

I have a NAS box which holds the music library, xml files and playlist with the NAS shared - same drive letter - on both machines.

the playout machine does nothing other than playout the playlist while RB on the "production machine" generates the playlist automatically, manages the library and does the file conversions, ripping etc.
