No stream broadcasting

My stream server is not broadcasting 
s4.radioboss.fm:8275


I have just checked my stream on a Pc and it still just says connecting?????

Getting  : 18:06:31;error;"[E-1] Cannot start broadcasting (output 2) Error -1 (No description)

There was a problem with the server but this was resolved and everything should work now.

Have restarted the centova server but still getting " connecting" and sits on that.

Usually this means that your internet connection is not good enough for streaming.

I have a strange problem. RB 5.9 in one PC is not broadcasting. It gives me error 2 (invalid server address, right?). But I manage to broadcast in RB 5.9 in another PC, using the same url and password for the server. I use no antivirus and firewall is disabled. What can I do?
Obs: I run another RB instance, broadcasting to another server, and it's working ok, so the problem is not my internet access.

I still don't know what happened, but I rebooted the PC and everything went back to normal...
