Out of Memory issues

Hi there,

My radio has been experiencing an "Out of Memory" issue for the last week or so (that i am aware of) in which the stream suddenly ends and restarts, especially during peak hours. Sometimes it does not restart on its own. I have reached out to support over the past week and have no received assistance, hopefully someone here can take a look at this issue. I am not sure if there is something I am doing wrong on my end or if there's anything that needs attention. This has happened at least 3 times in less than a week. I attached a screenshot with the error message.

Also wanted to note, I reorganized my library with proper tags and covers, just wanted to note this was what I did differently over the past week, not sure if this has any effect on the errors being caused on the stream.

The issue keeps happening daily. I keep sending tickets and no one has answered. Can someone please take a look into this issue?

What do I need to to do on my end? Do I need to pay more money to upgrade memory? Do you need to fix something on your end? What is causing this issue? This has never happened before and it is impacting my listener experience.

Issue keeps happening, just occurred again moments ago.
