playlist names in profile

would it be possible to save the playlists with their real names of the playlists instead of numbers?

This wouldn't really be possible, for a number of reasons (tab names can contain characters unallowed in paths, the need of tracking tab renames etc etc), I'm sorry. Those files are supposed to be used by RadioBOSS internally, I don't recommend doing anything with them manually.
