PlGen Error: 259

For two hours, my station was off the air because of PlGen Error 259. I have no idea what this means and my rotation hasn't changed. On the 3rd hour, the generator kicked in and the rest of the day, hour by hour, was loaded without issue. Artist and track separation should not be affected as there is more than enough music for those rules to not be violated. I need to know what's going on with this, please. I'm running 5.5.5.0 because I purchased this years ago and do not have access to updates unless I pay additional fees. At current, I'm considering your cloud service, but I feel there is too much to be worked out in order for it to be effective for what I need it to do. Maybe as more updates get patched it, I'll look to switch. For now, I need to know what I need to do to fix this issue on 5.5.5.0 Thank you.
 
This error is "timeout" that means the playlist failed to generate in time. You can increase the time allowed for playlist creation in settings, "Maximum time to generate playlist by schedule": http://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/schedule_settings.htm (in version 5.5.5.0 it may be located in General category).
