Have noticed in beta that when you use prelisten the sound is garbled by a lot of echo.

Please confirm if you're using the latest version. If so, please tell me how prelisten is set up.

You have the same sound card selected for Prelisten and Monitor. I'd suggest you to remove it from Monitor (set it to No device), it should fix the problem.

You have the same card selected for monitor and prelisten. If something is playing in the playlist and you start prelisten a track, you'll hear both tracks playing. Is this the case?

I do not use monitor as i listen through my website but do on occasion use pre-listen to check a track, as i say the settings i have always worked flawlessly before, even having same soundcard selected.
