Preset in Preset (PGPro)

I saw that i can make complex Playlists if I can use in Playlist Generator Pro another Presets. So, if I can add a Preset in a Category (for example at a specific time I want to listen slow music. I have a preset with National Slow and Foreign Slow. Why to make another categories whan I already have Presets?


So, in Category at Track source PGPro has:

• Library
• Playlist
• Folder
• Track
• Network Stream
• Command

Why not PRESETS too?


With Presets in Track Source we can have the Preset List.
In this way I will do not make the same thing for every category I want to create. I will just select from the track source PRESETS.


That is very very usefull option. It will permit us to create faster and easier complex playlists.

There were requests from other users about this feature. This is in the queue for the future versions - I don't promise anything for now, it's likely to be implemented at some point in the future. Another similar feature is planned for RB 5.2 - "import categories from another preset", probably this will be of some help.

I need presets becouse a preset combine few categories and their relations. Also a preset keeps the repeat rule settings for tracks wich is best for saving time.


So, "import categories from another preset" is not good for me.

I worked today about 6 hours to make presets for 24 hours. But there are more than 24 presets (in fact there are 38 presets), becouse some of them are for week-days, another for week-end and some for saturday or sunday.


Presets in Preset could save about 3-4 hours of hard work.
