Problem with "Random Track Played from Folder"

It appears that the "random" option for the "play a single track from a playlist/folder" does not work if a folder is specified and recursion is chosen.  That is to say, if

c:\mp3s*5

is repeated every xx minutes, it will pick the same "random" tracks in the same order every time.  (And it doesn't seem to be recursing, either -- it's only picking tracks from the specified root directory.)

If recursion is not chosen ("c:\mp3s*1") the random option works fine.
