Radio Logger - RAM Problem

Hi DjSoft Team,

Got a problem with RadioLogger on one of my workstation.
Software is eating more and more memory.
Since up for 5 hours : 180MB of memory, and it's increasing fast !

Actually recording from soundcard Direct Sound into Opus 128kbits.
I've tried in WASAPI and i'ts worst :/ nearly 1MB of RAM each 30 seconds.

Any ideas about that ? Actually running on Windows 7 32bit on HP Z400 Xeon Workstation and dtill same problem with another WASAPI soundcard on Windows 7 64bits.

Many thanks.

It can be caused by the way Windows calculates memory usage. 180MB is nothing nowadays. Please leave it working for more time and see if it increases further.

Hi,
One day of running RadioLogger nearly 700MB of memory consumption. Maybe this not a normal memory running :/
U will find screenshot in attachement.
Many thanks for ur answer.
NB : This problem isn't happening on Win10.

What OS do you use? If it's Windows XP, we don't really support it anymore, we just test that software starts and that's it.

Ok. Thanks :)
For now, I restart RadioLogger every day to make it work without too many RAM consumption.

We were not able to reproduce it, I'm sorry, we can't fix it now as we don't see the problem.

Sad to hear that...
So may you just add an option to restart software each day at specific time ?

It seems to be an issue related to your particular configuration - generally there's no need to restart it as it can work indefinite time. We have tested it for several months in a row without restarting and no problems were found.
