I just retested and can confirm the issue is permanent, not occasional. It consistently occurs on auto intros that end at the fade-in point.
I also tried setting the fade time to 0.1 as suggested, but unfortunately it makes no difference — the problem persists.

maybe do a check at startup from Radioboss?

This will increase startup times, which is not good, and also doesn't handle the case if the file was deleted later. It can be implemented as a right-click option for Cart Wall tab, so that who needs it can enable file existence checks. But disabled by default to for performance reasons.

This would require it checking in the background (periodically) what files actually exist and with a large number of card walls it may consume some resources. How often is this is an issue?

For us, quite often - filenames change frequently which break connections on the cart walls, and like we have 50 odd cart walls for each of our presenters, we can’t go in and update them all.

Regarding checkin on RadioBOSS open, maybe it checks when the tab is active instead? Or when a card wall is loaded using the load function. We don’t ever close RadioBOSS so checking on open wouldn’t help too much…

There's no set date set for the release. We need to fix everything first to ensure the release has as little bugs as possible. But there are no open critical bugs so this beta is acceptably safe to be used in production.

There is a bug when an Auto Intro starts before the music track, and fading was wrong in this case sometimes. An update will be released soon to fix it.

Checking 50 cart walls could potentially be a performance hit. I'll add this to the requested features list, probably will be added in this beta. I think the most effective check would be on tab switch + periodically like every 10 minutes.

I think it has already been reported, but there are issues with the volume of songs that have an auto intro. When the auto intro ends, there’s a noticeable drop in the music volume, beta 7.2.1.0 and 7.2.1.1

Yes, this is the correct behavior. The titles are only saved/sent from the main playlist. Both of those items are supposed to play on top of what's playing in the playlist, without overriding its title. We do not plan on adding an option to send titles from Cart or AUX, I'm sorry.

Or even develop real players for live antenna capture because not all radio stations broadcast in automation all day, we sometimes have interruptions for live events such as a sports broadcast, a debate...
Maybe it would be possible to integrate players in a future version?

For this you should use the other playlist tabs, or load it to the main playlist tab. Also, scheduled events with the "Overlay playback" flag can also sent their titles, but it needs to be enabled in the settings: https://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/schedule_settings.htm

I don't think sending the titles from cart wall make much sense, carts are designed to be quick effects playing on top of the main content, changing the title from there seems unexpected. Same, for a lesser extent, is true for AUX players.

Virtual Mixer Board: an interesting and useful option.

The virtual console display in Dark mode lacks aesthetic appeal in my opinion (Virtual Mixer.png): there's insufficient spacing between each channel strip, and the separation between them isn't pronounced enough.
It creates a uniform block, and it's not immediately clear whether the fader corresponds to the left or right VU meter.

Suggestion – see screenshot based on VoiceMeeter (Fader Gain - Name.png):

• Move the fader and VU meter closer together. This will allow for better focus on the desired channel strip.
• The fader bar: wider, with customizable channel strip text displayed horizontally and vertically for quick identification.
• Text: the ability to rename each channel strip. Aux 1, Aux 2, Input 1, Input 2… This isn't very user-friendly when multiple sources need to be managed quickly.

Is it possible to add the text "Virtual Mixer Board" to the translation file?

This is very annoying, especially since the changes are saved even WITHOUT restarting RadioBOSS.
