RadioBOSS and Live365 broadcasting help

Hey All,

On RadioBOSS I keep getting the following error message:

19:39:30 Connected to server! (output 1)
19:39:30 Connection/encoder died (output 1) Restarting...

on and on and on.

I have already ensured:
that it is the correct address and port all entered correctly, and
as far as I am aware correct encoder type and bitrate.

I am not sure what it could be, as I am very new to this software.

Any help appreciated.

You should check the broadcasting format. It have to match the one selected in the Live365 control panel. If nothing else helps, you can send the connection details to support@djsoft.net and we will check what's wrong.

I was not able to resolve the problem myself so I sent my info to the email listed.  How soon can we expect a reply.  I have a lot of people getting on my back about the down time.
