Hi guys

RE: UPLOADING FILES - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

Trialling RadioBoss for first time, and apologies if this has been addressed and answered, however initially had no problems uploading music files to my station, but as of yesterday, no uploading happens - message: "internal server error"! I have emailed support but no answer and really need to continue uploading music; advertisements and station liners/IDs. This has now ground to a halt, even trying 1 track upload at a time.

Any ideas?

How do you upload the files, do you use FTP or Media section? I have just tried with your streaming account, and the upload was successful. Please note that it currently does not allow uploading large files (over 200MB).

Hey there
I have been uploading via media section. Normally 5-10 songs at a time. No issues until yesterday. Files are normal size so 200MB not an issue. That’s weird if it worked for you because certainly not working for me!
Any suggestions?

Can you try again? It works here, so there's really nothing we can do to fix it if it ain't broken :) What files do you upload - can you please specify size/format, so we can test it again.

Hey there. Rebooted the Mac and seems to be back on track. Thanks for your help! 🙂
