How do you create the playlists? If you use manually created playlists, then I suggest to use the scheduled event that will repeat e.g. every 12 minutes.
There's "Run schedule launch without waiting for current track to finish" option that controls if it should wait.
If checked, it will interrupt the playing track exactly every 30 minutes. If unchecked, then it will be queued after currently playing track every 30 minutes.

Another way (if your rotation is simple e.g. 7 music tracks, 1 jingle) then you can use the Track List feature: http://manual.djsoft.net/radioboss/en/using_track_list.htm (add 7 track lists for the music and 1 for jingle, set the playlist to repeat mode).
