RadioBoss on VIRTUAL MACHINE

Hello guys,
We have a pretty robust VMARE ESI enviroment. We use RADIO BOSS to run our stations archive (no real dj behind the computer). We pretty much load all the music and away we go. We also program the encoder to stop so that it allows shoutcast djs to connect live to server.

With that said, I'd like to install RB to a virtual windows 7 machine. My only issue is that apparently in order for RB to stream it needs a sound card? Why so? We dont really need to be listening to the encoder (RB) machine.

Is there a way to get passed this so that we can keep RB is a virtual machine and use it to encode to shoutcast? Again, we dont need to hear anything coming out of that machine, we listen to our live stream.

Thanks,
MC

RadioBOSS doesn't require sound card to operate. In the Settings->Playback you should select the "No sound" device - it's virtual sound card for encoding purposes.
