Unable to set up other DJs to go live...

Fairly new user here. Been trying to set our other DJs to do live shows. I, as the administrator, have no trouble doing so. I use Virtual DJ and it works beautifully. I've tried to get other DJs live with no luck. I set the DJ up with the same login credentials in VDJ that I use. The DJ starts his show but it doesn't get to RB cloud. I get no errors from VDJ or RB. Am I missing something?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Only one DJ can be connected at a time to RadioBOSS Cloud, so in order for another DJ to connect, you need to disconnect first.
Also, when you use DJ accounts, in the Login field you need to use DJ's username, not "source" ("source" is only used when you connect with admin password).
