RadioBoss+Youtube chatbot API integration?

Is there a way that I can have a chatbot set up that automatically posts the "notes" metadata section when a new song plays? I download almost all of my songs from Bandcamp and it codes a URL to the artist in the metadata and I'd love to be able to link listeners to the artist.

Alternatively, is there a way to write a chatbot command that does an API pull to say that info? you know like
- listener: !songlink
- bot says: "visit nightleek dot bandcamp dot com"
