I have it set to play random track from 2 different folders once a week at different days time it plays the same tracks way to often. One folder only has 18 tracks and the other folder has 41 tracks and it plays the same track every 2 weeks with both folders every 8 to 10 weeks would be better. Play a random track from a folder needs to be fixed so it does not play the same tracks that often.

I see that you use the "getfile" command, and this is one of the few commands that does pure random without any repeat checks.
I suggest you to use a different approach and switch to Track List: in the event window click the Wizard button -> "Play one track from a playlist or folder" -> "Play one track from a playlist or folder (Track List)". After you click Next, a window will appear:
- select the folder from where you want to select tracks
- set Track Selection - Random
- Recurse subfolders - enable if you want to select tracks from subfolders too
- set "Ignore repeat protection rules" (this is correct, the option should be checked, additional repeat protection used for music tracks only and should not be used for IDs, jingles etc)
