You need to specify administrator password in order to retrieve stats from the Shoutcast server. Please open encoder options, navigate to Metadata tab and specify administrator password there.

I am also having that same problem but it's only with Icecast 2 and Shoutcast V2.

Icecast 1 is a very dated version - I'm afraid it's not supported by RadioBOSS...

Specifying admin password should be enough. Please check server's admin page to see if the listener number there is the same to what RadioBOSS shows.

If you broadcast using DJ account, RadioBOSS connects to AutoDJ software and takes stats from there... In this case stats will be zero. It's a limitation in RadioBOSS - the next versions will allow using "Statistic Realys" to cover this situation.
