RB Cloud - Songs Skipping

I have noticed that some "Now playing" songs are getting skipped to "next track" in the middle of the song.
And some songs are being skipped just before it’s about to end.
Please help.

Please specify your account user name and file names of tracks that did not play correctly, we'll check the logs to see what went wrong.

Having the same problem here. Could you solve it?

We have checked our servers and found the cause for this to happen. A fix for this was issues on October 11th. If you still experience tracks skipping, please specify your account user name, we'll see what's wrong there.
