Right channel bias

Our radio station uses Radio Boss 5.1.3.0 and we broadcast over the internet as well as through a transmitter.

A lot of times when we play mp3's on RB only the right channel of the mix gets played.
An example of this is "Nowhere Man" by the Beatles where the lead guitar cannot be heard as much.
When an mp3 file is played through Windows media player on the same computer as RB,we do not encounter this issue.

Is there a option or feature that we are not using? Can this be fixed?

Try replay gain and then get Dual Panner from Sleepy Time DSP,

Please send this file to support@djsoft.net, we'll check what could be wrong - if it's a bug in RadioBOSS, it will be fixed in the upcoming 5.2 release. Also, if you're using any plugins, turn them off.
