Scheduler Problem

I have tried to correct this issue 20 times and I give:

1) I want to play my idea at the top of the hour. (I can do this), but I don't want to interrupt a song.

2) I want to play NPR News just after the 11 second id.

I have attached photos of both events.

The News just won't play????????

Any assistance would be greatly apprecited. I also would like to get an offsite helper, if permissible to help me work out all my kinks.

Both events on the screenshot have the "Run scheduled launch without waiting ..." option checked, so they will interrupt whatever's playing in the playlist.

The News just won't play????????

The event's start time is not visible on the screenshots, as you have it configured in the Hours section. Generally speaking you should check what event's start time is (and days of week is you use those). Then check the Logs window (bottom left corner) to see if the event does action and what happens next - there could be an error, or another event starts at about the same time, interrupting it.
