RadioBOSS already sends an e-mail notifying of various events - see the Reports section in the Section.

yes i notify that in report section thanks but i need it to be when a silence detector is detected when a period of silence is detected i can enable or disable feature of sending email

please  thanks sure they will need it because they will be unneeded for other external app to do this in the same section of the silence detector trigger to send an email if we need

I'm running RB version 5.1.3.0.  The Silence Detector is not triggering when I'm playing audio from the Line Input and the source of that input goes silent.  The player keeps playing the Line Input, as if there is audio, but the Silence Detector is not triggered.  Is this normal?

I also would be interested in receiving an email when my "Silence Detector" is triggered.

Try increasing the sound level for silence detector. The line.in could have some background noise, that's considered by RadioBOSS as non-silence if your Silence Threshold setting is low, e.g. -70dB. Try -20dB or higher.

Amazing how that works!  I guess I looked right past that setting!
