How can I make my station logo show when people play my radio what size does this have to be? I just did new logo's.

It depends on what player your listeners use. Is it a web player or some desktop player like Foobar2000? The former will do whatever you program it to do. The latter will unlikely have support for station logos - RadioBOSS can send station logo when you use Shoutcast v2, but player support for this feature is extremely limited.

With Shoutcast v1 there's no way to send artwork or logos in-stream.
