Sweeper Problem

Hi all,

we use sweepers before every full hour. Normally all works very well. But sometimes Radio Boss doesn't play a sweeper although it actually should. This error comes up when there are only a few seconds left. Then Radio Boss plays the next song from the playlist instead the sweeper.

How come? Bug oder feature

no real error message. The sweeper isn't played altough it should be.

What RadioBOSS version are you using and what settings for sweepers do you have set?

latest version (5.0.3). Settings: Swepper should be player if there are max 35 sec left.

It works fine in the range 35 - ca. 8 sec. Below that once in a while no sweeper will be played but the next song.

Do you have sweepers in the list which are 8 seconds or less?

No, there is only one single sweeper in the folder with a length of exactly 2 minutes.

what format should a sweeper be in?

Any format that is supported by RadioBOSS - you can check by adding the file to the playlist, if it plays, then it's supported.
