Sweeper starts

What I would like to do is create a state where a song has a sweeper at the start, not at before the vocal point for songs with long intros. Let me give you an example! Say you have in the playlist generator a 90s category and you want to have songs with an intro but you want a sweeper to crossfade between the ;ast song to the next song, having a tick box to indicate a sweeper start would make this work, with the tigger point just before the song into to allow a clean sound. Is this a possible feature for the future?

So I create a file Type for sweepers... Marked them as a Voice track... What would really make it more better is to add the play options for the Voice Track file type....to either be placed at the beginning, middle, or end of the intro, or at a random position somewhere it between... Due to the different lengths of the intros and sweepers. I don't use Auto Intro feature... I love scheduling everything from the Playlist Generator.
Thank you

Marked them as a Voice track...
You shouldn't mark them as a voice track, also, for Auto Intro, it doesn't really matter - it does not check any file type parameters.

to either be placed at the beginning, middle, or end of the intro, or at a random position somewhere it between
When you configure the Auto Intro rules, you set where the tracks should play.

What I mean.. Is I want the file type for sweepers I created to be placed on the intro but with definable places... Begining, middle, end of intro.
And I also don't use Auto Intro. Not interested. I just want a file type that can automatically place itself on the intro... That's why I mark it "treat as a voice track"
Hope it makes sense.
Happy new year

In the screen shots below... It's how I set up my sweepers... I create the file type... Then check treat as voice track. I have a category in the music base for sweepers with that specific file type. I schedule them from playlist generator... You can see the playlist... The sweepers will automatically be pushed to end of intro of the next song, if it has no intro it plays in between songs by the set cue markers.
This method works for me best. I don't use auto intro, I'm used to the Gselector way of scheduling playlist and creating clocks.
My request was if in File type settings they could be options for the position of a file type to be treated as voice track. Currently it plays towards the end of intro of a song and some songs have really long intros.
Thank you

There's Voice Track Margin option to shift a voice track from the end of Intro point.

Thank you for the reply.... This offers a kind of temporary fix... But I was hoping for something more of having just options about the position of the voice track either at the beginning, middle or end of intro. Then voice track margin is just to fine tune.
Thank you.
