Time stretching to match an hour of programming

Hello. I think is interesting to have an option to match time of an hour of scheduled music music rotation (format) and generate an hour of music/jingles/ad. When you program the format (hotclock) to have a check or command that auto adjust the audio content to match (end) exatcly to the end of the hour using a time stretching function.

Thanks for your answer. Is a good option. I´ve seen the time stretching to adjust over 30 seconds in an hour to match with time signals and do not cut audio or listen to several ids in a row. Thanks for all!
