TUTOR NEEDED TO INSTALL RADIO BOSS FOR ME

I am decidedly not a technical perosn..I need someone to help me, step by step< install Radio Boss om my computer. It may be pretty intense.. I can't seem to convince the people at Radio Boss to help despite the fact that, if I'm not mistaken, we do pay for service. dont
we? If you can help , please respond ASAP. I am currenlty using Radio DJ and it is junk!

Hi there,

Installation is not part of buying the software. At least i did not pay for that. However this is a straight forward install on Windows. You will need to be signed into an admin account on your pc. Double click the install file after downloading. Make sure to have your registration code on hand as you will need to enter this.

We do not offer installation and/or training services. The purchase only includes the right to use the software and technical support. The technical support offered only covers problems/questions that you may have (specific questions, not broad like "how do I start my own radio"); it's not a turnkey solution where we install and manage everything for you.

I’m not looking for a turnkey operation. I have 50 years experience in Radio. I spent absolutely none of that time in the engineering department. I have the program installed. I need to learn how to download my library and incorporated into a log. Thanks for dropping me in the grease.

It has Quick Start section you can start with, then learn the specific features you want to use.
