VPS services that you recommend to me.

I have just contracted Contabo VPS service, with the VPS M option.
I was doing very well with the service, everything was running smoothly without lag, but after 15 days it started to have lag affecting the transmission of my radio, and I am having problems with it.

In this case the CPU increases the percentage to 60% 50%, while it is always between 10% to 20%, and now I don't know why it is like this. I have disabled my VST, and nothing, the problem still exists.

I have contacted support, but they do not respond. There is someone who uses VPS and has not experienced software lag.

I doubt it's your VPS stream however have no experience of them, you said if you remove VST there is no difference. Are there another plugin running. Are they all the same bit rate i.e. if using x64bit radioboss use x64bit plugins if x32bit the same use x32bit plugins. What internet speed do you have have you checked wth a speed tester? Have you installed anything else recently that also might be running in background?
