THE PLUGIN WAS INSTALLED AS NORMAL AND EVEN THE VIDEO TAKES 10 SECONDS TO START....
( libVLC 3.0.18 I THINK THIS VERSION IS VERY BAD)))

Video support in RadioBOSS is limited. However we never seen it taking 10 seconds to start a video. Probably, depends on file format, and where the file is located. It can be slow if it's on a network drive.
