Whats the secret to keep a playlist from repeating?

After the last song in the playlist is finished the playlist repeats from the top. I don't have the "Repeat Playlist" button active. I want it to stop playing at the end of the list.

What am I missing?

It appears that you have the Silence Detector active, and it starts playback when the playlist is ended.
