Are there any error mesaages in the log? Please check sound card setup in Settings->Playback->Devices, Main Soudcard.

I have the same problem with Windows 10 does not detect my sound card! please help!!!!

Probably sound card's driver identitfier was reset when you installed Windows 10 and RadioBOSS can't find the old driver anymore. Please open Settings->Playback and select a device you want to use.

The solution was to buy an upgrade of Radioboss, my version was 4.7, they are now in 5.3. solved
