Now running radioboss_220.127.116.11_beta.exe
No problems with the part of the program I am using..Some ideas and suggestions Scheduler
1) - Would it be possible to have the Next play time update like the Run in timer?
This would make it easier to see when the event will actually run and also help when
adding/changing events for figuring out the time to fit the new even in.
2) - Commands (used in Scheduler)
Could some commands have additional option parameters?
The commands stop & pause, stop right in the middle of a song or event playing.
While there may be times when may this is necessary, in most times it would be better
(sound better) to have this happen more politely..
It would be nice if commands could have an option to be executed after the current song is over.
ie /a for execute after current song/event
3) - could it be made possible to stack commands, instead of having to create several scheduled
events? ie Play a PSA + Play sweeper directly after
As I said before, this is coming from the old guy who sees the powers of RadioBOSS without generating play lists etc.
For me, a playlist, if used, was a piece of paper on the desk.
I can do most everything I want in the more basic mode.. I just see some ways things might be easier.
I will learn how to make and use playlists but it looks like I will not have time to dig into this until after the new year. Voice track recorder
1) - For the suggested File name on saving Voice tracks
Could there be a user option to add a fixed beginning to name.. ie Voice-Track **
or the other option if it could be done, would be to write the ID3 tag with
Artist = Voice-Track and title = file name.
The reason for this is to have Voice Tracks handled properly when played.. Otherwise the file do not play properly,
not having a rule to not fade etc.. they are treated the same as music.
** I use Voice-Track to avoid using a word that could be in a song title or artist name. This could
also work if you set up a predefined name to be used for Voice Tracks and added that to the
suggested file name.
