Stop a program

In the scheduler I see there is a option to start a program , is there the ability to close or stop a program as well?

I want to open a browser at a specific time and then close it at a specific time. We have a church in our area that wants to have a live broadcast that they stream from their website. We of course would just be capturing the audio

It's only able to start programs, it can't close started programs, I'm sorry.
