Time stretch

Hello, I’ve been using time stretch since my recent upgrade to Ultimate. I have events at 15, 30, and 45 minutes past each hour that insert voice tracks into the playlist, which extends the timing. For some hours, time stretch adjusts to reach the exact end time, but for other hours, it doesn’t. Could you please explain why? Thank you.

When the speed change is too big (larger than specified in Time Stretch settings), it's not applied.
