From the screenshot, looks like you're playing the line input from both the main playlist and AUX playlist - this is why it's echoing. You should stop one of those.

Different databases serve different purposes. If you want to access the database from multiple computers, MySQL/MariaDB should be used. For local installations (one or multiple RadioBOSS instances on one computer) SQLite, the default option, can be used.

With different combinations of monitors and scaling, it doesn't reproduce here. E.g. main monitor at 100% scale and second monitor at 125%, all windows look as they should. So this looks something that's specific to your system - I'm not sure there's anything we can do about it from our side.
