Hey guys; if I have a legal version of 5.2.1.0, can I upgrade to any version or just certain versions without having to buy a new license?

Thanks Pety but that's no option for me; this mic was a gift and was like 150 bucks and it does sound good, best I've had, I can't just afford to replace it but I'll put that on the look-into-it list.

I figured this out; there is a setting in volume properties that says something like, "When you receive a call, drop volume automatically to 80% reduction, 20% reduction, mute all sounds, or do nothing."  You have to pick do nothing as drop 80% is the default.

Yeah I've tried a lot of stuff, mixer controls, stereo tool... you can change lots of things but I want the sound of my breathing in to be removed (I wheeze a bit, don't like it) and crikets.  A friend sent me a great mixer and mic, an alesis USB fx mixer and a Sterling ST 51 p large diaphragm...

My RB says my update subscription expired (you gave me a comp. version for researching and selling and promoting it with a license number): am I just stuck with 5.2.1.0?

When I take a Skype call through RB through VAC, the voice volume of both my voice and the caller's voice drops WAY low.  What causes that?  The volume of the VAC lines are all cranked up.  Skype volume in Skype settings is also cranked up.

Hey guys; does RB have an inherent feature (or if not, does StereoTool or some other dsp) that would allow you to remove breathing noises from live broadcasts?  I'm also looking for a way to remove crickets/frogs/other wildlife.

Do files played in the "web browser" windows play automatically into the stream from RB?

I cannot get my cartwalls to play both when mic is pressed and when it isn't so that I also can hear them.  It's always 2 out of 3.  I've done main soundcard, etc, and now I'm forced to set cartwalls to line 3 VAC and run line 3 to line 1 (which is what my mixer/mic and callers lines come into...

Thank you Dmitry and Pety; given me stuff to read and think about.  My worst concern is echo, timing, and avoiding looping.  For some reason I have a really hard time figuring out when I'm double-processing an input or output.

I have looked at your diagrams Pety which were very helpful and I'll look again.  But I was looking for more of a general type of block-diagram description as yours seem to focus on your very specific settings and needs.

I got Breakaway Live working, the program, but cannot get the plug in to work like it used to with older version of RB.  I've pasted the DLL file in both the plugins folder and the VST folder but the controls will not show up (the plug in does not show up) in settings when you check both winamp...

Having trouble getting VSTs to work but you were right about static and stuff; got a new more powerful computer and now no popping with Breakaway Live.
