Help; cartwalls won't act right

I cannot get my cartwalls to play both when mic is pressed and when it isn't so that I also can hear them.  It's always 2 out of 3.  I've done main soundcard, etc, and now I'm forced to set cartwalls to line 3 VAC and run line 3 to line 1 (which is what my mixer/mic and callers lines come into, and that line 1 is set to my mic input).  I don't get it.

It looks like that MIC also lowers down the cart wall playback volume (which it should only lower down the playlist volume). This is a bug in RadioBOSS and will be fixed in one of the next updates.

Checking it on the latest version revealed no bug... Can you please give more information so we can reproduce it here?
