5.1.3.0 - Track stuck and stuttering in one spot

Hi Dmitry,

I have recently upgraded to RB 5.1.3.0 and we are having trouble with tracks getting stuck and sort of stuttering in one spot.  It happens randomly, no particular track seems exempt.  When it happens, I cannot stop the track I have to close RB and restart.
My Buffer size is set at 500.
I am running RB on WIN 7 professional.
We have never had this problem before upgrading to this release.  Any ideas?

Does it happen when track starts or it happens in the middle? Please post a screenshot on how playlback devices are set up in RadioBOSS: the Playback section of Settings window, and Main device settings.

By the way, buffer of 500ms is pretty high. Try using WASAPI with 50-100 ms buffer, also try switching the "Event driven" mode.

Thanks for getting back to me.  We LOVE RadioBoss by the way!
It seems to happen at the end of the track.  I made the changes you recommended and am waiting because sometimes it doesn't happen for 12 hours or sometimes after 2 hours....very random.

What do you mean  "try switching the "Event driven" mode" ?
And I am not sure how to paste screenshots into this reply.

OK. Does it happen on mixing with the next track (when nowplaying position moves to the red line)?

It's in the Playback setting, when you click "Change..." for the sound card, if WASAPI mode is selected, then it will allow you to use event-driven mode.
