Action on Start

Hello Dimitri,
i don't know if someone else just posted but if it possible i would like to propose implementation of function ACTION ON START
so to have possibility to execute script on start moment and not at some hour only.

It can be nice to have because, in my case, i can check if some process are alive or start them.
