Bug in schedular

If you have scheduled announcements and nothing playing the announcement still plays and then starts plsaying usic . If the sysem is off it surely should not start it self up when it is not in play mode. Hope this helps

to emulate
1) stop music
2) allow a scheduled announcement to play
3) music starts immediately the announcement finishes even if when music is stopped

This is by design. An event always starts playback. It'll be a bug otherwise, if scheduled events do not play.
