Cannot start broadcasting

Since last night I received the following error from RadioBoss,
21:05:57;error;"[E40] Cannot start broadcasting (output 1) Error 40 (network timeout)";

I still cannot start broadcasting.
The internet seems to be ok for download and upload.
Any thoughts ?

This clearly indicates a network problem, either something wrong with your Internet connection, or the server you broadcast to is not reachable.
