I keep working on it. Or he cuts off half the music. Now he is just a little too slow with the transition. Who has a better attitude?

Can you please provide more information on what's not working? If it cuts tracks too early, try disabling the "Trigger mix at" option - for quiet tracks it can set the mix point very early.

You can test different settings, there's also an option for the volume curve shape in Settings->Playback->Fading, it makes crossfades sound a bit different.
