different Design for different Profile

My question,
it is possible to automatically adopt the different designs for 2 or more profiles when changing the profile

Most of the style settings are stored in the profile. But if the design is very different (e.g one profile uses light theme and another is dark) then switching will also require restarting RadioBOSS.
